Description

We use a premium heavyweight 13 oz. scrim vinyl banner. This material looks great indoors, but designed to stand up to the elements outdoors. This material is typically used for billboards, building wraps, banners, event flags, trade show signage, parades, and more.Standard hems and grommets are no extra charge, and we offer a lineup of finishing options to satisfy specialty applications and city ordinances.Please Note:
  • All banners 89" or larger on their shortest side will be shipped folded.
  • All banners 88" and under on their shortest side will be shipped rolled.

  • Single-Sided single piece maximum size 10’ x 145’ w/o pocket and 9.5’ x 145’ w/ pocket ; Double-Sided banners maximum size 9.5’ x 145‘
  • Oversized banners will be welded together (Double-Sided Banners are not available oversized)
  • Indoor and outdoor use, waterproof and UV safe
  • Double sided banners are single-ply banner printed front and back

File Setup

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds
  • Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template
Additional Tips
  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available

What optional finishings do you offer for this material?
We offer 9 optional finishings for your needs: Hem (free), Grommet (free), Pole pocket, Windslit, Webbing, D-ring, Reinforced corner using Banner Tabs, Rope, Velcro (Not available on Double-Sided Banners)
Do I need special Banner finishing?
Whether you are ordering a street banner, large banner, or a long time use banner it is suggested to have the following additional finishing options selected: Webbing, Reinforced corner using Banner Tabs, In addition to the finishing options it is suggested all grommets to be used upon installation.
Do you have any installation tips?
We suggest all grommets be used during installation to prevent damages to the banner.
What size of banner could I do store pickup?
You can store pickup any size of your banner order. Sizes up to 96" will be rolled and sizes over 96" will be folded.
What are suggested pole dimensions for optional pole pocket(s)?
Please see our recommendation below: 2” pole pocket accommodates 1” diameter pole and under, 3” pole pocket accommodates 1.5” diameter pole and under, 4” pole pocket accommodates 2” diameter pole and under
How to setup artwork files for pole pockets?
Your submitted graphic should fit the dimensions of the print you ordered. There is no additional bleed required. There will be a hemline across the graphic, it will be 2", 3", or 4" from the edge of the graphic depending on what sized pole pocket you order.
